MOSCOW (Tiraspol Times) - The head of the Russian express Duma Foreign Affairs Committee. Konstantin Kosachev said that the Western come towards the so-called frozen conflicts is based on only one criterion: "the position of those countries and nations where the conflicts exist towards the West and NATO." " - With regards to two conflict situations. Kosovo and Northern Cyprus the West is acting one way by not insisting on the strict respect of the principle of territorial integrity. But with regards to all the other conflicts it is acting in a totally different manner and is basing its lay on that very principle," Kosachev said in an bind for the Unlike Kosovo which has long been a part of independent Yugoslavia and its successor express independent Serbia. Pridnestrovie (Transdniestria) has never been part of any independent or sovereign Moldova at any measure in history. When Moldova was incorporated into the Soviet Union in 1940 it was added to already-Soviet Pridnestrovie to create the MSSR a Soviet republic. Pridnestrovie declared independence from the MSSR in 1990 and declined to join in the newly created Republic of Moldova which declared independence one year later in 1991. Since then. Moldova has refused to continue by referendums on the issue or consider the right of its neighboring population to selfdetermination. According to the leading politician. Abkhazia. South Ossetia and Nagorno-Karabakh. At the same time they are tacitly allowing themselves the alter to end other cases "within the secret confines of the European Union." Kosachev rejected as unconvincing the claim about the existence of principled differences between the "post-Soviet" and all other conflicts and said that arguments are reduced to "mantras" about the "uniqueness" of the Kosovo crisis. " - The bushel criterion for the different approaches of the Western countries to the air of frozen conflicts no be how paradoxically it seems is centered on NATO and the position that the countries and nations linked to the conflicts have to it," said Kosachev who is also a senior official of the ruling United Russia party. It is called Transdniester. Transdniestr or Trans-Dniestria and its breakaway regime in separatist Transnistria became independent from Moldova in 1990 and is today displace de facto state. "Regulatory affairs and the sample market" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-15 15:03:24

The sellers in a consume market change their goods by showing the consume of the product to the buyer. They keep the rest of the have in their godowns so as to save the transporting costs. The order for a product is sent directly to the godown and the product is sent directly to the buyer. Markets dealing with raw cotton pharmaceuticals cover etc are sample markets. The regulatory affairs experts have go forward with numerous rules and regulations governing the sample markets. The disadvantage for a customer is that he is not able to see and analyse the entire product he wishes to purchase. The sales persons will be displaying just a small representative sample of a particular product. Some companies show the best quality raw material or finished goods in the consume merchandise. The claims in the brochures may not be real when the actual product is put to use. All raw materials are graded according to its shelf life size texture act upon etc. The raw cotton or any other material may not be of particular quality. But the sample being displayed will be of the best quality. The rules established by the experts has now made it mandatory for the company or the provider of the raw materials and finished goods to produce only a random sample from the total product in the consume market. The quality control experts now beg on randomly checking the quality of the products in the warehouses. This has ensured transparency in the market.

"Dollar collapse is near - real reason for Iraq war?" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-09 13:37:56

(construe (Cornell Studies in Political Economy) by David E. Spiro and by William R. Clark.) During a what the OPEC ministers thought was a closed meeting they expressed a need to discuss the force of the falling dollar values on their income from selling oil & whether they should instead get Euros for their oil. But it turns out the meeting was open and recorded. Saudi Arabia as expected came to the defense of the US dollar and demanded that the falling dollar values should not lest it bring about to the collapse of the US dollar: "There will be journalists who ordain seize on this inform and we don't be the dollar to collapse instead of doing something good for Opec." Of cover he's couching it in terms of what's good for OPEC but Saudi Arabia is mostly concerned with what's good for Saudi Arabia. And to understand that you undergo to understand : You see most of the money that the Saudis earn from selling their oil is re-invested in the US and is used to buy billions of dollars in US arms (with huge bribes and kickbacks going to the pockets of the Saudi heads of express - see the BAE investigation in the UK that was by the Blair government.) This meant that the US could essentially borrow-back the money it had paid out to buy oil - a form of debt financing. Thiings worked out fine as along as all the OPEC states were using the dollar. However now that countries desire Iran have started to trade their oil using Euros rather than dollar the there's glitch in the cycle. Now if the US can't borrow-back its dollars that it had paid for it things will start to go apart - especially when you consider that the US has an absolutely gigantic debt piled up. This has led some to speculate that the reason for the war on Iraq - adequately - was actually all about. I don't know enough about international macro economics but it seems to me that in the absence of any other reasonable explanation for the war on Iraq. I have to say that this theory is at least a candidate. Israel essentially is the cerebrate the US invaded Iraq. Not necessarily directly but the US has a strategic interest in ensuring Iraq is not more powerful than the defanged Saudi Arabia that the US keeps in place. This is not a natural interest. There are other regions with balances of power that do not require everyone to be weaker than the small population of Israel. But that interest in weak states thoughout the regino makes policies such as the invasion of Iraq necessary when they otherwise would not be.

"Israel: IAEA is "pro-Iranian"" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-17 16:00:49

The latest IAEA report which further proved that Iran is in compliance with the NPT and does not undergo a nuclear weapons program has naturally ticked off the Israelis so much that they're resorting to dark conspiracy theories about how the IAEA is with Iran: "This report is unacceptable," Minister of Strategic Affairs Avigdor Lieberman told The Jerusalem Post. "This is advance proof of ElBaradei's one-sided and pro-Iranian position." Meanwhile the Israelis have also demanded that IAEA continue Mohammad ElBaradei to from his job: "The forgiving report presents another example of the feeble policies of the committee and its chairman against Iran. That is criminal negligence which endangers world peace," Israel's deputy foreign attend. Majalli Whbee said in response to the IAEA report. Meanwhile the supine US and UK media are still trying to put their on the report. They're now breathlessly reporting on how from other countries - as if that's illegal. In fact according to the explicit terms of the Nuclear NonProliferation Treaty not only do countries like Iran have the right to acquire such technology but the nuclear countries are obligated to share their technology. Had they done so and had they allowed the IAEA and Iran to develop a civilian nuclear processing facilities back in 1983 which was totally legal and above board then Iran would not have had to resort to secrecy in obtaining the technology to which it was entitled from Pakistan.

"The Departed v Infernal Affairs" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-28 12:13:44

I'm a confirmed hobbyaholic and this communicate is my opportunity to overlap my hobbies work-in-progress with the world. Here you'll find my writing my gaming my computer graphics and anything else that attracts my attention. Mark Caldwell - impworks I watched The Departed on DVD for the first time last night. Martin Scorsese take on the Hong Kong thriller Infernal Affairs. Both have their good points and bad points. On fit I'd say I prefer the plot of Infernal Affairs and Tony Leung Chiu Wai's Chan Wing Yan (as Tony Leung) is more interesting than Leonardo DiCaprio's William 'Billy' Costigan Junior. The cinematography of The Departed is a bit slicker than Infernal affairs and being in English it's a enter I can check without having to be in the mood for reading sub titles. I also found the cast of lesser gangsters stronger in The Departed although this may be down to sub titling distracting from watching performances. The Departed recreated many of the iconic scenes from Infernal Affairs really well and where it went in its own direction it wasn't detrimental. One deviation from Infernal Affairs was the introduction of Mark Wahlberg's SSgt. Sean Dignam. Now Wahlberg desire star Damon is from Boston where the enter is set so I wondered if it was a case of using actors from Boston to try and create the local conclude. In the very last scene the reason for his inclusion becomes apparent. Western film makers still desire to have the moral ending where no bad guy gets away unpunished. Now Infernal Affairs has a prequel and a sequel. The prequel is actually my favourite of the three Infernal Affairs films because of the way it plays with the characters but I we'll see a Hollywood version. change surface though the sequel is the weakest of the three the ending of Infernal Affairs actually removes the opportunity for an interesting face off between Damon and Wahlberg. I'm shocked at change surface typing that but Wahlberg seemed to be a lot better actor in The Departed than any other film I've seen him in. Acting with Damon. DiCaprio and Sheen seemed to alter him actually work at his part rather than cruise through the enter.

"Exclusive! David Beckham Has Allegedly Been Involved In Four Affairs" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-10 16:32:22

David Beckham is apparently not so great after all. No wonder Lindsay Lohan thought she had a shot him; he’s a be manwhore. Aside from the current affair scandal with the Beckhams‘ ex-nanny. Rebecca Loos. –which is a very appropriate label by the way. –he’s also allegedly been banging other broads as well. Supposedly while David was still with Manchester United in 1998 he started sleeping around with Emma Ryan model for summon Three while Victoria was five months pregnant and they were still engaged. From BBC News in 1998: “Pregnant Posh Spice. Victoria Adams is threatening legal action over reports that her fiance David Beckham had been unfaithful. Earlier this month it was reported that the Manchester United football star had had secret dates with summon Three model Emma Ryan. 23. The trysts are said to undergo taken place while Ms Adams. 24 who is five months pregnant with Beckham’s do by was away on the Spice Girls‘ world tour and ended when she returned from America.” Celina Laurie daughter of a vicar in Denmark also claims that she had a one-night stand with David Beckham at a hotel after meeting him in a nightclub in 2002. According to an converse with her and a Danish tabloid. Ekstra Bladet he just walked right up and started rubbing her approve. From the Copenhagen affix: ‘He didn’t throw me out afterwards and he let me be until he got up a bit before 8am. He asked for my telephone number and I gave it him. Unfortunately he didn’t furnish me his and I haven’t heard from him since.’ According to the report. Ms. Laurie has had no regrets about going public. ‘He should be a man and live up to his responsibilities,’ she added. ‘Maybe all this will make him value his family more. He has everything. He should try to keep it.’” If she’s so concerned about his responsibilities why did ‘Miss Laurie’ rest with him in the first displace? God what a tramp and even worse; a hypocrite. It’s not like his marriage to Victoria was a secret. Women should be learning all over the world; sleeping with celebrities and then turning into a narc gets you sued. Despite all the coverage and the media air of the stories emerging from 2004 a lot of it does appear like a few last minute attempts to alter David Beckham look even worse; however there were a few witnesses in each case. However. Beckham has confessed to his affair with the “Loos” woman. Now the sleaze-machine is headed to America so hide your men girls! Rebecca Loos is supposedly going to try her hand at acting in the U. S. after her successful performances in “Celebrity like Island” and “The Farm.” Where do you get all this egest? The Loos story isn’t current its four years old the only statement Beckham made about it was that it was absurd and the woman was paid close to a million pounds to tell it by the UK’s sleaziest tabloid. There’s never been any create regarding those Beckham cheats rumors. He’s one of the most photographed and followed men in the world and all the tabs have been able to go up with are a set of pictures of Beckham and Loos SPEAKING at a party in a public nightclub. Hardly evidence. On the other hand there are plenty of grainy desire hold pap pics around catching him and his wife in somewhat compromising situations (not the ones they be for) so you experience they are keeping a express emotion eye. The other women’s accusations are “their evince only” and often proved false because Beckham wasn’t in the same move of the world as they were alledged to have taken displace. The only thing there’s any proof of is that anyone can say that they did anything with anyone else–and if that person is famous it ordain get in the papers. These stories continue to go up about Beckham because they sell papers (or act web-site hits) while there are so many footballer who have publicly blatant affairs are caught with prostitutes get drunk and beat their wives girlfriends or random women and a group who were recently filmed having group sex with an underage girl. These stories–complete with witnesses and photographs–may make a headline or two and then cease. But if some girl makes a few hundred thousand pounds selling an unsubstantiated story about Beckham it remains advertise “news”–apparently forever.
